Jackie has been working as a consultant since 1995. During this time she has built up a grand portfolio of private and public sector clients.

Jackie works with organisations across a variety of sectors to develop systems, processes and procedures, including training, education, employment, manufacturing, construction, horticulture, security industry, ballistics/armour, highways, occupational health, charities, advocacies, care homes, residential homes, independent living/disabilities, and service industries.

She assists them with the achievement and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management Standard ISO9001 : 2015 and Environmental Management ISO14001 and customer/Government driven standards such Common Inspection Framework, Quality Performance Mark and Customer Service Excellence. Providing support and monitoring of training & educational providers’ pre and post OFSTED inspections. Offering support to organisations to help them improve the quality of their service provision.
